EMPLOYMENT


Founded in 2013 by Roger Lolly, IICDF continues to prepare youths and adults with a variety of disabilities for entry or re-entry into the workforce and assists them in securing pre-employment services as well as employment so that they can enjoy independent living, full community participation and economic self-sufficiency.

Employment Placement Services to assist youths and adults with disabilities, aging individuals and veterans in conducting efficient job searches by identifying work preferences, matching job skills with market needs, improving interview techniques and developing effective resumes.

Job Coaching and Supported Employment that works intensively with individuals to seek out and develop jobs in  addition to on- or off-site assistance to fully learn their job and understand their daily responsibilities so that they can be successful in the workplace.
