Founder
Roger E Lolly
In 2013, Roger Lolly founded IICDF to eliminate the significant barriers to employment, civic involvement, and social inclusion for the more than 56 million Americans with life-altering disabilities. IICDF is now focused on breaking down any barrier that might hinder an individual’s right to employment. Roger’s belief that “every person, disabled or not, deserves the right to genuine job opportunities, dignity in their work, and fair pay”.
Roger earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education and Master’s degree in Business Administration at Liberty University. He is currently working on his Ed.D in Educational Leadership. In 2013, he was honored as a Goodwill Ambassador to Haiti by the government of Haiti.
Co-Founder
Kristen Lolly
Kristen earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education at San Diego State University. Kristen is currently working as a first grade teacher for the Lee County School District. In 2013, she co-founded the If I Can Dream Foundation to assist in giving employment opportunities for individuals in the community.
Director of Operations
Reuben Sliva
Reuben comes from an extensive restaurant background including owning and operating Reuben’s Smokehouse and Catering from 2010 until the business sold in 2016. During that time he was awarded the 40 under 40 award from Gulf Shore Business as well as being ranked 4th in the nation for his Fort Myers based restaurant. Having helped so many young people through his restaurant, working full time with IICDF was a natural fit. Reuben also holds his Bachelor of Science in environmental science.
